Who we are
Our website address is https://halodyx.com. This site is operated by Halodyx (“we”, “us”, “our”), 11341 National Blvd #1163, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
What personal data we collect and why
When you browse our site, place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order history. We use it to process and deliver your order, contact you about it (including any pre-order delay), provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Discretion
Orders ship in plain packaging, with nothing on the outside that says what is inside.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in if you have an account, and remember your preferences. We use WooCommerce for basic order and site statistics.
Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them. We don’t track you across other websites.
Emails from us
We email you about your order: confirmation, shipping, and any change to a pre-order date. You can’t opt out of those while an order is open.
If you choose to join our email list (at checkout or through a signup form; the box is never ticked for you), we’ll also send you news about new products and offers, no more than a few times a month. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to support@halodyx.com. We’ll take you off the list within 10 business days. Our emails come from “Halodyx”, and the subject lines never say what we sell. Our email list is kept on our own website and sent through MailPoet, our email service.
Who we share your data with
We share order information only with the companies that help us complete your order: our payment provider (to take payment), shipping carriers (to deliver it), our web host, and our email service (MailPoet) to deliver our emails. We do not sell or rent your personal data or our email list, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep your data
We keep order information as long as needed to fulfil the order and for tax and accounting records (generally up to 7 years).
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@halodyx.com. We may need to keep some records for legal, tax or security reasons. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the effective date above.
