Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only (the 50 states and Washington, DC). We don’t ship internationally yet.
When your order ships
- In-stock items ship within 3 business days of your order.
- Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If that date changes, we’ll email you before it passes with the new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
You’ll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order to a US address.
Plain packaging
Every order ships in a plain box. The outside shows only the shipping label, with no product names, logos or pictures.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or the package shows delivered and you can’t find it, email us at support@halodyx.com and we’ll work it out with the carrier.
