We may refuse or cancel any order, including for errors in pricing or product information; if we cancel after charging you, we refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. A pre-order price applies only during the pre-sale.
6. Pre-orders
A pre-order is charged when you place it and ships by the date shown on the product page and in your confirmation. If we can’t meet that date, we’ll tell you before it passes and offer you a full refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Shipping and returns
We ship to US addresses only. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy and our Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Halodyx and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
